Secure handling of your personal data

Your privacy is important to us at Bikemasters and we want to protect your personal information in the best way. The new Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is coming into force in all EU member states

From 25 May. The regulation tightens up how personal data may be processed and strengthens your rights as a customer and consumer.

Confidentiality and handling of personal data

When you place an order or register as a customer, you provide your personal information. In connection with your order or registration, you agree that we store and use this information to fulfill our commitment to you. We also document all communication we have with you in order to provide the service you expect from us. Bikemasters will not disclose your personal information to third parties, exceptions apply to our partners for deliveries and payment. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted without giving any reason. In that case, contact customer service.


Bikemasters.se uses cookies to provide a smooth, well-functioning e-commerce. Cookies are used, among other things, to manage the content of your shopping cart and your login. We also use cookies to measure and optimize our marketing. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place your order over the Internet. In that case, you can easily change this setting in your browser.

Error in delivery

Should something have gone wrong in your delivery, fault or damage to an item, incorrect item or incorrect number of items, contact our customer service 040 15 39 99 or info@bikemasters.se. The defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Bikemasters is responsible for all costs, including transport in the event of an approved complaint. Bikemasters undertakes to always follow the recommendations of the ARN (General Complaints Board).

Transport damage

Visible damage to the goods must be reported to DHL upon receipt of delivery, or to us order@bikemasters.se within a reasonable time after the discovery. Hidden transport damage must be reported to our customer service on telephone 040 - 15 39 99 within a reasonable time when they are discovered.

Untriggered packages

Bicycles & parts that are ordered but which are not triggered or that are returned to us due to you as a buyer not being available despite repeated delivery attempts, will be charged SEK 499 including VAT for administrative costs. For special orders, the entire order value is charged.


We do not enter into agreements with minors (persons under 18 years of age) without the parent's written consent.

Terms for gift cards

The gift card is only valid for the purchase of products from Bikemasters and cannot be used together with other gift cards. The gift card is valid until the date on which the gift card is marked. If you choose to return an item that was purchased with a gift card, your refund will be made in the form of a new gift card from which the return shipping cost is deducted. If you have not used the entire value of the gift card when making a purchase, you will receive a new gift card for the difference. The gift card is a valuable document and should be equated with cash and treated accordingly. Bikemasters does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
